“In Intelligent Yoga, Peter Blackaby describes his humanistic approach to yoga, firmly rooted in the here and now and underpinned by scientific research. Rather than approaching yoga as an exercise system, it is seen here as a tool for self-exploration.” Working with Casita Press, I designed and art-directed the second edition of the book. Illustrations and photographs were sourced and commissioned from third parties. The book is available to buy from Amazon.

Open magazine workbook lying on a purple surface, showing text and a color photo of a person in a medical scanner, with another person assisting.
A middle-aged man performing a yoga pose, squatting with feet flat on the floor, arms extended downward and hands reaching towards the ground, against a plain light-colored background.
Person doing push-up exercise on a white background.
Open magazine with text on the left page and a painting of a woman with dark, curly hair sitting with her knees drawn up, painted mostly in blue tones on the right page.

One of the comments most often made is ‘what a beautiful book’, a testament to his skill. Apart from that Sam is a wonderful person to work with, with an easy manner, high standards of work and most importantly for me very reliable, overall highly recommended.
